Automobile Dealership Information

TCA provides vehicle financing to Chapter 13 debtors with Court approval.
TCA requires the vehicle to be one of the following:

1) Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with 25,000 miles or less
OR
2) Pre-Owned vehicle with 25,000 miles or less, and a manufacturers Extended Service plan for a term no less than the term of the loan
OR
3) Manufacturers warranted New Vehicle

Our program is available only to manufacturers franchised dealerships. TCA will send our pre-approved clients and their counsel a commitment letter which the debtor will then bring to your dealership. There is no cost to participate in our referral program, no stips to chase and no credit application is needed. Simply steer our clients to the appropriate inventory, and contact Stephanie Sabin at 1-800-642-6233 x106 to book the vehicle and obtain a callback.

If the funding is acceptable, please have our client sign the following documentation:


  1. Simple Interest Contract at the agreed upon terms
  2. Signed Buyer Order
  3. Signed Odometer Disclosure
  4. Signed Agreement to provide insurance, along with a copy of the current insurance card
  5. Signed manufacturers Extended Service Plan (if necessary)
  6. Copy of Certified Pre-Owned verification (if necessary)
  7. Copy of the required Title documentation to be filed with the appropriate agency, naming Title 11 Funding of California as the first and only lien holder.
  8. Signed Guarantee of Title
  9. Copy of completed Letter of Assignment

Once the documentation has been received by TCA and the Court approval has been obtained, the check to purchase the contract will be sent to the dealership via Fedex. Upon receipt of funds, the debtor may pick up the vehicle and the title may be filed with the appropriate titling agency.
